We are proud to offer two unique country houses only 5 minutes apart with a wealth of features and what we believe to be some of the most stunning views in the Hunter Valley. They are only minutes from some of the best cellar doors, restaurants and golf courses in the region.
The historic village of Broke is situated on the banks of the Wollombi brook - dozing peacefully in the sun below the massive golden escarpment of Yellow Rock at the western end of the Brokenback Range and nestled on the edge of the World Heritage listed Yengo National Park.

Maranda Country House is a wonderful Australian Colonial Home surrounded by traditional Bull Nose Verandah. Maranda features a refreshing salt water pool and screened gazebo with a private 4 person spa and boasts some of the best views in the Hunter Valley. Maranda will sleep 4-13 people comfortably.
If your group is larger or a business/corporate looking for a small off site meeting then why not book both houses as they are only five minutes apart.
Bonn Abbey and Maranda Country House are only minutes from the boutique vineyards and olive farms of Broke and 10 minutes from the commercial hub of the Wine Country. Visitors to the area are surprised by the amount of wildlife. It's rare to visit the area without seeing kangaroos, wombats and a large range of birds.
