Tariff
WEKEND RATES (Friday to Sunday) OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The weekend rate for 6-8 adultguests is $105 per adult per night. Each extra guest over and above the initial 8 guests is charged at $85 per adult per night. For children 13 and under therate is $60 per child per night. We do not charge for infants under 2 year ofage. For smaller party’s 2-5 people we have a minimum weekend tariff for any stay of $1260. Extra nights either side of the weekend stay areavailable at midweek rates (minimum 2 guests)
ONE NIGHT ONLY BOOKINGS
One night only bookings area vailable at weekends at a tariff of $1400, which covers up to 8 guests. Each extra guest is charged at $80 per person. One night MIDWEEK bookings area vailable at a tariff of $1000, which covers up to 8 guests. Each extra guest is charged at $80 per person.
MID WEEK RATES
Midweek tariff is $85 per adult guest per night and $60 per child per night with a minimum two night tariff of $1000.
WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS|
Five to seven night stays are charged at $550 a night based on up to 8 guests. Additional guests are charged at $50 per night.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY LONG WEEKENDS AND EASTER
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of 6 or more guests and are 3 night staysonly. Easter is a 3-4 night stay. Christmas and New Year bookings are usually also a minimum of 3-4 nights depending on which day they fall on. We have a minimum public holiday long weekend or Easter stay of $2000 regardless of the number of guests or nights stayed.
OTHER CHARGES
At Maranda Country House there is $50 levy for use of the spa. This ensures a fresh fill of clean water and chemicals on arrival. We clean all surfaces and filters ensuring our spa are kept pristine to preserve that ambience of health and relaxation.
A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required 2 working days after the booking is made to secure the booking. The balance plus a security deposit are due 14 days before your arrival date. The $500 security deposit pre authorization is taken on a Visa, MasterCard or Amex and is fully refundable if the house and their contents do not suffer damage or loss or require excess cleaning.
Check in is after 3pm and check out is 11am on weekends and 10am on weekdays. We can offer an early check in and/or a late check out subject to availability. Check in and out times may change up to 14 days before your arrival. Weekend Pubic Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of 6 or more guests and are 3 night stays only. Easter is a 3-4 night stay. The houses, pools and properties are for exclusive use of the guests staying at the house. We do not allow functions or parties or extra day guests without prior agreement.
CYPRESS LAKES PASS
We are a resort member at Cypress Lakes Resort and Golf Club which is a 15 minute drive from the houses. Your group can obtain exclusive resort passes for the use of all your guests, enabling your group to use their three large swimming pools, Spa, Tennis Courts, Gym and Bicycle Hire plus qualify you for members guest Green Fees (20% off) for the keen golfers. The resort passes are $80 per booking (not per person) and the $80 covers all persons in your party for the entire length of your stay
