We have two of the Hunters top restaurants on our doorstep, Margan and Nightingale restaurants. Don't forget to reserve your table for breakfast, lunch or dinner as they are popular with visitors and locals.

Margan Restaurant - Lisa and Andrew Margan invite you to a Margan experience at their brand new Restaurant and Tasting Room at Broke. Dine inside in air conditioned comfort, or al fresco on the verandah with expansive views of the home block vineyard and Yellow Rock, the famous local icon. Henri's Brasserie - A fine dining establishment located in Singleton, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Henri's opened its doors in November 2003 and has quickly become a popular dining destination.
Fresh produce is integral to the success of Henri's Brasserie. Everything on the menu is made on the premises, from the bread to the tomato paste. Restaurateur Tony Klasen frequents the markets in Sydney to source first-rate produce, and to select the fabulous flowers which have become a signature of the restaurant.

The Cow Cafe at Mt Broke - The Cow Café at Mount Broke Wines available for functions, weddings & parties. If you want to have a function of any sort, a pre or post wedding function, a birthday celebration or just gather a group of friends together, we have a number of options to suit your needs
The Cow Café - We welcome groups of up to 40 to get together the day before or the day after the Big Day, to enjoy the view with a glass of wine, friends and a bite to eat. We generally suggest a leisurely barbecue lunch - served buffet style - with a wine tasting of award winning wines. The cost is pretty well up to you - we can vary the make-up of the lunch to suit your budget.

Catherine Vale The Cellar Door building designed by Brett Cronan from Maitland is in the style of an Australian country church. The Anderson Room is ideal for small (up to 50 persons) private functions, weddings and conferences by arrangement. The building boasts a full commercial kitchen with several catering options.

Nightingle Winery - There are many places a Nightingales for your private function The outside verandahs have been enclosed with new screening so you can enjoy an alfresco dining experience day or night without fighting those pesty insects. At night the heaters will help keep you warm. The Barrell Room - The warmth of wooded barrels maturing wine slowly in a unique venue for your special day.
