The Hunter Valley is one of the largest horse breeding and training districts in the world. The heritage of using horses to work cattle and as transport is still part of the valley's culture.   There is very little that can compare with the fun of riding trails through native bush land.  Add superb wines and fantastic food and you have begun to experience the real Hunter Valley!  They have over 8kms of forest trails hidden away in the beautiful vineyard region of Broke Fordwich.   Add a trail ride to your hunter experience and you have a holiday to remember.

Hunter Valley Horse Riding & Adventures at Hill Top

- Ride the Unique and beautiful Molly Morgan Range, experiencing the spectacular views of the Hunter Valley Wine Country and Lower Hunter and as far North as Barrington Tops, the northern boundary of the Upper Hunter. Riding is available every day for the inexperienced (the beginner) and the experienced rider.

Trail Rides - You ride with a dedicated, qualified guide who gives you assistance and guidance along the way. Personalised Rides - For a Special Occasion, Pleasure Ride, or Personalised Tuition. Sunset Rides - As the wildlife awakens and begin to feed, ride with the Kangaroos and Wallabies in the light of the beautiful sunsets.

Hunter Valley Wine Country Horse Riding Enjoy the spectacular Hunter Valley Wine Country from the truly unique perspective upon your gentle natured and well cared for horse, admiring views of the breathtaking Brokenback Range, surrounding vineyards and bushland.

The ride times are 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm daily with the early morning and afternoon rides proving to have a high chance of encountering local wildlife. (Daylight savings times 8am, 10am, 3pm and 5pm). For the little ones they offer 20 minute lead pony rides - our ponies Ebony and Bruno are always a favourite with the kids! Ride times are by appointment.
