Environmental Sustainability

We are doing our part to contribute to environmental sustainability including:

• Migrating properties to LED lighting to reduce electricity consumption.
• All cleaning products used are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and septic safe with biodegradable packaging.
• Our properties use on site aerated wastewater treatment systems producing safe, clean water for irrigation.
• No single use bottles, all our properties use refillable pump bottles at all wash stations with Australian made organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 
• Triple filters are placed on freshwater tanks to ensure water quality and hygiene replacing the need for plastic water bottles. 
• Encouraging property owners to install solar panels to reduce energy consumption

Our Portfolio

Our focus is on providing an elevated guest experience that goes beyond what traditional property management and real estate agents have offered. We have always taken pride in our strategic, small portfolio approach of under 70 properties to ensure we are always able to provide the highest level of service and care for our Owner’s property and for our loyal guests.

Our Network

We collaborate with our Property Owners and Team of specialists, to build, check, prepare and inspect our properties to provide guests with a holiday rental experience within an Owners private home, that is memorable and unmatched in the Hunter. From the aesthetics to the functionality, all guest needs are thoughtfully prepared to meet our loyal and respected guests’ expectations.
