Our partner company Hunter Concierge will take care of all your catering requirements and any activities that you may need organised during your stay.

Day Delegate Packages 2017 
Notepads, pens, mints and a whiteboards are provided with the full day delegate packages.   Flipcharts and markers are available on request at an additional charge.  

Day Delegate Packages start from $90 for full day catering - minimum charge $900.

Choice of Continental or Hot Breakfast combined with Morning & Afternoon Tea and Light Lunch.  Includes cook for full day service, set up and clean up.

7 course signature chef menu $180 per person

Any formal or informal function or event where delegates are gathering at one property is prohibited after midnight unless otherwise agreed.

Wine Tastings
Private in-house wine tastings are available from a variety of cellar doors. Private corporate cellar door tastings are also available. Prices vary depending on day of the week, availability, and quality of wine being sampled.
