Built in 2012, this residence is situated only minutes from some of the region’s best wineries and restaurants. It provides three bedrooms, making it an ideal country holiday home for couples, families and small groups who want to be completely surrounded by peaceful countryside and stunning mountain vistas.
Designed to blend in with the natural bush surroundings, this idyllic home features an open plan living space and pavilion style wings which create separate sleeping and living zones. There is also an abundance of windows so you can enjoy the beautiful views of the ever changing escarpment from almost every room in the house. The interior has been styled with Grey Gum timber, sandstone floors, high ceilings and a stunning 100 year old recycled entry door that adds to the natural country feel of the property.
The sun-filled lounge features a beautiful sandstone open fireplace and a gorgeous window seat perfect for some lazy reading or to bask in the warm sun. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen would delight any chef and the stunning dining area has a fantastic outlook of the property’s bush surroundings. Leading out from the open plan living area is a wrap-around deck with an outdoor undercover lounge and a gas barbeque overlooking a peaceful water catchment dam. Off the entrance hallway is the games room with pool table, darts, Smart TV and WiFi. To top it off the estate facilities share a refreshing swimming pool (for guest use all year round) and tennis court, which is a casual few minute stroll from the house.
The property’s three bedrooms are bright and airy and offer a generous amount of space. The master bedroom has a King Split Bed and a modern ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities. The second bedroom features a King split bed and the third has a queen size bed plus 2 single bunk beds - an ideal bedroom for a small family with children. Both additional bedrooms share a main bathroom that comes complete with both a bath tub and a shower.
The entrance hallway flows into a games room with pool table, darts, Smart TV and WiFi.

Well laid out.
The property was well suited to our group of 6. The house is very well laid out with a bedroom and bathroom wing and a living wing. The pool is within walking distance but is about 0.5km away. We were going to a concert but the bus would only pick us up from the start of the gated community so was about a 600m walk. The house was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house. Everything was available, comfortable beds and pillows, most important the whole house was spotless clean! Fairly close to the shops, restuarants and wineries. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Quiet in a bushland setting. Short drive to centre of wineries. Lovely linen, open fireplace, plenty of space and everything you could want was provided. Complimentary wine was a nice welcome guesture – everything was great.

Quiet, beautiful countryside. We had a blast there. The game room was amazing for the children to hang out with us. They danced, played and had a movie night together. We woke up to a beautiful 360 degree view of the bush and sunrise. Perfect location. Would most definitely come back again! We loved everything no complaints whatsoever.

Really loved the property and the team have been so helpful at Hunter Valley Stays. The most accommodating team throughout the pandemic; they afforded us the flexibility we needed for our visit! I found them via Airbnb but will be booking direct with them next time.
Relaxing amongst rainbows
Our family spent 5 nights relaxing in this beautiful home. We enjoyed nature on our doorstep and some amazing rainbows. The communication with our host was clear and prompt and we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful large living area/kitchen/fireplace, we had a great stay. The games room was used quite heavily, a very good 8×4 snooker/pool table. Very helpful staff, particularly Paige with any questions and she came back quickly.

Great location that’s close enough to all the wineries and restaurants but also secluded, allowing you to relax and unwind. The fireplace is fantastic. Great games room located in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook up some great meals. Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back!

This place was exactly what we were wanting when we were looking to book somewhere in the Hunter valley. There were three couples and the space was perfect, along with the big windows that open to the beautiful countryside and kangaroos in your backyard. The home was very clean and spacious, so we had a different area to hang out in every day. The games room in the garage also was perfect as it kept us quite entertained at night when there wasn’t much going on in town. If you’re looking to book in the Huntervalley for your family or a getaway, this is definitely the place. The location was great, along with the pool and tennis court. There was absolutely never a dull moment. Thank you!! Thanks so much again we had such a great time with memories that will last forever. We absolutely loved this place and will recommend to any of our friends
