It’s truly a “must-stay” experience for those wishing to create a memorable stay as well as being located close to the finest restaurants, iconic cellar doors, venues, events and family attractions the Hunter is famous for. Conveniently located just moments off the Hunter Expressway, it offers easy access to both Sydney and Newcastle, making it a perfect getaway.
Perched majestically at the highest point of the property, the tri-level main house boasts sweeping panoramic views of the entire valley, with the Watagan, Barrington, and Brokenback Ranges providing a stunning backdrop.
The main house with its distinctive interior has a generous living space, anchored by a grand stone woodburning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive glass doors open to a vast deck, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The main level features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom and ensuite. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry, is perfect for culinary creations. This level also includes a stylish main bathroom and laundry for your essential needs.
Upstairs, you'll find a charming loft bedroom, with incredible views, whilst the lower level offers two spacious bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and a games room with pool table and ping pong table, with a chill out area. The master bedroom includes a walk-in robe and ensuite, and the cottage also offers a double carport. Thoughtfully presented to have all the inclusions you would need for a cottage stay in comfort including ceiling fans, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a laundry.

PLEASE NOTE: Being a rural property, there is an unfenced dam so children must be supervised at all times as there is strictly no swimming. We also ask guests only to drive on the sealed roads and we do not permit any use of motorbikes on the property.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 18 guests from $2,610 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 18 guests from $1,958 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Additional adults above the minimum of 18 are charged at $100 per person per night.
Additional children above the minimum of 18 are charged at $60 per child per night.
Infants under 2 years free of charge
Please note that a $40.00 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2,000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
