The self-contained Yarrimbah Cottage at Jindalee Estate features a king bedroom accommodating up to 2 guests in designer comfort and style and feature a luxurious modern bathroom with bath and separate shower, kitchen and open-plan lounge with gas fire, which flows seamlessly from the indoors to your own private dining terrace where you can pop the cork on a bottle of your favourite bubbles and take in the majestic mountain views and ever-changing colours of the Brokenback Range.

Please Note: Jindalee is an off-grid property, meaning that electricity supply is strictly limited. Using the property’s electricity to charge your EV is NOT permitted under any circumstances. Electricity consumption is monitored externally; charges may apply if daily limit is exceeded.
Please note, Jindalee Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay at the full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Fantastic views from the house overlooking local vineyards. We saw kangaroos everyday of our stay. The fireplace was so great! And that bathtub is something special. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Stylish and modern 1 bed lodge. Lots of space and fantastic facilities – huge TV above electric fireplace, under floor bathroom heating, secure front door coded entry. Set in a gorgeous estate overlooking vineyards. Private and safe. Highly recommended for a Sydney getaway.
Exceptionally Located, Extremely Clean
This cottage is exceptionally located, extremely clean and completely fitted out with the latest appliances to make your stay comfortable and classy. Also the visiting Kangaroos were a big and unexpected highlight.

A modern and private retreat with a gorgeous view. Surprise bonus of dozens of kangaroos quietly grazing around the property. The amenities were modern and the furniture was lovely and comfortable. A beautiful place to relax and unwind in a central location.

This place is a slice of heaven! The whole place is modern and has everything you need! Clean, warm, Smart TV, comfy bed and we absolutely loved the electric fire place! Perfect location for all activities and just overall beautiful! Didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. The staff were easy to contact and very friendly. We had such a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible place/ location! It has everything you would want & more. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on arrival and the breathtaking sunrise & sunset are just a few of the reasons we will be back for a third time no doubt!
Birdsong and boxing kangaroos
The cottage was immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. We woke in the morning to birdsong and boxing kangaroos. Thoroughly recommend it!

The location is a gem. The cottage is nestled in a secluded and private part of the Hunter. You share this beautifully appointed retreat with the vineyards and the mob of local Roos. The property is beautifully maintained. The landscaping is lovely. We wanted for nothing other than a longer stay!!

Beautiful cottage
Beautiful cottage, fairly clean, very tidy, amazing views and wild life about. Very relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen well equipped. Host were awesome helping accomodate my husband who is a wheel chair user. Putting extra things in place to make it accessible and comfortable for him. Very understanding of our situation and adjustments we needed. Could not have been happier with the people we communicated with directly, they were more then happy to go above and beyond to make our stay a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff were available to us 24/7 if required. Very lovely cottage that we imagine coming back to regularly.

Love it
Spacious and comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting with views over Brokenback. A welcoming bottle of excellent local shiraz AND olive oil was a very thoughtful touch. Comfy bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. Big bathroom with shower and bath. Lounge area with gas log fire and a sofa you can truly stretch out on. Well equipped kitchen (better instructions for the appliances would have been good) and a decent sized dining area. No laundry but there is a clothesline out back if you do some hand washing. Very private, kangaroos and ducks were our neighbours. A few administrative hoops to jump through with booking but super easy check in when you get there. We’ve been visiting Pokolbin for over 30 years and have often found accommodation at this price point disappointing. Without a doubt this is our new home from home in Pokolbin.

Great stay – modern bathroom and a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for a dinner in. Comfy bed and very clean place. Of note were the bathtub and the TV in front of the bed.
Amazing views
Our stay at Jindalee Estate was just fabulous. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom cottage. From the kitchen and lounge/dining room to the master bedroom and bathroom everything was perfect. Walk outside and you have amazing views.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at Jindalee Estate in Yarrimbah Cottage. The cottage had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. Bathtub divine. Super comfy bed. Welcome gift of wine and olive oil was a delight. Loved seeing Kangaroos around the property and up close. The cottage is eco friendly which is important to me when searching for accommodation. Beautiful views of the mountains and bush land. I was lucky enough to be offered an early Check-in time. I wish I could have stayed longer. I found the staff at Hunter Valley Stays to be amazing. Communication is a top priority for them and very timely. Messages arrived in my inbox and via sms at the right times that I needed them. Thank you so much.
