Set on a 50-acre vineyard estate in the heart of Pokolbin, this 5-bedroom and 4 bathroom, contemporary winemakers residence offers accommodation for up to 10 guests and is conveniently located on Deasys Road. This single level property with wrap-around verandas is only a 10-minute drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens and moments to Degen Estate, Misty Glen, Hart & Hunter, Hunters Dream, Crossing Creek and Keith Tulloch cellar doors, and eateries such as Muse Kitchen, Amandas, Piggs Peake, Cocoa Nib and Esca. Ideal for wedding accommodation as well as concert goers for Roche, Hope and Bimbadgen Estate, all only minutes away from their venues. Golfers will also love the proximity to The Vintage course.
Guests will enjoy a relaxed setting amongst the vines of this working vineyard as well as the property’s casual and open-plan layout. The spacious, combined living and dining room with Spotted Gum floors, wood burning fireplace, timber table and comfy leather sofas, TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are ideal for group stays. Dining is a breeze in the country kitchen, equipped with double French door fridge, 120cm electric oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, microwave and drinks station with mini wine fridge. Enjoy the large undercover sandstone paved patio for relaxed brunches or outdoor dining with wood fire pizza oven, gas BBQ, small bar fridge and firepit. Choose to have your morning coffee fireside or, relax on the wicker lounges on the front terrace with the morning views and kangaroos.
All 5 bedrooms are modern with the comforts of central air-conditioning and fans. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the other two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom featuring an onyx coloured tub to soak in, shower and laundry facilities.

As with all working vineyards, there will be times of the year when seasonal activity are in progress such as pruning, slashing and fertilising by the vineyard team.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
