The Grange on Hermitage Road has always been a much-loved haven for guests visiting the Hunter due to its outstanding location, park-like 28-acre grounds, as well as its well-appointed and spacious cottages and guest suites.
Located on Pokolbin’s prominent Hermitage Road, The Grange is central to the best experiences the Hunter has on offer. Lilly Pilly Cottage is an elegant and comfortable self-contained accommodation featuring two king luxurious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (one with spa bath), perfect for up to 4 guests. This light drenched cottage is fully air conditioned and features high vaulted ceilings and open plan interiors, a fully equipped kitchen (no oven) with Nespresso machine, dining and living room with TV, gas fireplace, deck and BBQ.
With the 10.6-kilometre cycle path right outside the front gate, guests will be spoilt for choice with things to do. Guests can walk or bike the path and discover a trail of well-known wineries, breweries, and cellar doors such as Keith Tulloch, Piggs Peake, Botanica, Muse Kitchen, The Farm and Brewhouse at Four Pines. Why not stroll to Hermitage Road Antiques and browse unique souvenirs and collectables? Music lovers will also appreciate Rover Coaches’ pick-up point from the front door to take them to any of the major concert venues, and guests visiting for that special celebration will love being so close to Enzo Weddings.

Weekend - 2 night minimum up to 4 guests, $480 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - 2 night minimum up to 4 guests, $360 per night (Monday-Wednesday)
Infants under 2 are free.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $300 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 4 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Peaceful, countryside escape
Yes, my daughter and son-in-law from Perth joined me for a short in your lovely Lillypilly cottage. We were thrilled when arrived that it was situated in such a beautiful, peaceful situation. Everything was great. We enjoyed the warm fire and all that we could have needed was there for us. We enjoyed wandering around the property early morning and late afternoon.

A beautiful cottage in lovely natural bush surroundings, We stayed in Lilly Pilly cottage at the Grange as my daughters name is Lily and made the experience even more special. Thank you for the special touches and welcome gift. Would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful, and even dropped by to give my daughter a bottle of bubbly for her 21st. Situated in a beautiful bush setting close to most wineries in the Pokolbin region. A memorable stay, thank you to Mel from Hunter Valley stays who was lovely to deal with and also to our host in helped make my daughters 21st an experience to remember.
