Lomandra Retreat boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms plus a fantastic cinema room. The huge open plan living space with modern kitchen, dining and lounge spills out onto the large entertaining deck at the rear of the property. Lomandra is stylishly furnished with contemporary furnishings to give its guests a feel of complete luxury.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to entertain at home, it is fully air-conditioned and has a magnificent fireplace. You won't want to leave.
Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $840 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $630 per night (Monday-Wednesday)
Additional guests are charged at $95 per person per night.
Children under 13 years are charged at $60 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

This property is located within The Vintage Estate and access to the facilities (i.e., Pool, Tennis Court, Gym, Golf Course, Spa) may need to be booked in prior to use. The Pool is not private to this property only
Please be advised that at the entry of The Vintage there is CCTV surveillance (4 in 1 infra-red Dome Camera and a Number Plate Recognition Camera). Please note that this is controlled and installed by The Vintage committee for security purposes for the whole Vintage estate.
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay at the full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Fantastic Stay!
House was lovely, very clean & well maintained. Peaceful location but close to Hunter Valley attractions. Looks out over golf course & fields, where we saw kangaroos. Great communication from Hunter Valley Stays. We were there over Easter & there was Easter chocolates and a bottle of wine for our enjoyment – so thoughtful!

Great for families
Great place to stay. The fire was set up and ready to light when arrived – which was great. Huge house. Our family of six had heaps of space. It could easily take more people. All in all an excellent place to come back to after a day of activities.

Tranquil, Private, Peaceful
A clean modern home providing ample space for friends and family, with a double car garage. Tranquil outdoor area over looking the Vintage Golf Course. Phenomenal communal areas with butler’s pantry in the open plan kitchen, and a media room.
Great property and company to deal with
The property was great. Heaps of room for a large group. They were amazing through covid when our event was cancelled and let us move our booking twice!

The perfect location and set up for our weekend away. Easy drive to wineries and activities. Excellent facilities for self catering. Plenty of space for everyone. This is our second stay and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Very warm and welcoming
This property is truly a retreat. We loved the open living area extending to the back entertaining area and then the greens in the backyard. The place was very warm and welcoming, and it was a great way for us to relax and enjoy our weekend away. We will definitely be back to enjoy Lomandra Retreat. Beautiful property
Lomandra Retreat is a beautiful property with a gorgeous backyard outlook. The view from the kitchen looking outside is absolutely stunning and we wanted to spend our whole time on the back patio area. The theater room is is awesome with large TV, the bedrooms were generous and we loved the fireplace.

Relaxing
We love our stay at Lomandra Retreat… we are back every year for a catch up with friends, a round of golf, a beer and wine or two. Relaxing. Thanks as always for our stay. We’ll be rebooking for next year .. but will make sure it’s a bit later in the year as we love the fire and missed it this stay.
Very relaxing and peaceful
We had a wonderful weekend at this gorgeous house. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Sitting outside and you really feel like you are in the country, birds, kangaroos and tranquility. The house is modern, clean and there is nothing it didnt have. The estate and its facilities/restaurants are great. We hired bikes about a 5min drive from the home and had a wonderful day cruising around the wineries. I would highly recommend this property.
