North Lodge Clan Cottage is in the heart of the Hunter Valley set on 25 acres in beautiful grounds ready for you to explore. You can enjoy expansive views over the valley and its vineyards and are located just minutes from the best wineries and restaurants that the Valley has to offer.
The Clan Cottage can accommodate up to seven guests in 2 x Queen size bedrooms, a King or 2 x Single Bed bedroom, plus 1 x Fold-away bed in the lounge room; and two bathrooms both with two person hydrotherapy spas.
The cottage has a fabulous wrap around verandah, a kitchen with hob and oven, large living and entertaining areas, indoor fire place and a reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Breathe in the ambiance - take in the beauty surrounding the cottages. Peace and solitude - just what you need to unwind. Experience unbelievable sunrises and colourful sunsets from the verandahs.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $750 per night (Thursday - Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $562 per night (Monday - Wednesday)
Additional adults $100 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $600.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Great base to explore
We had a great time. The villa is comfortable and the location is very peaceful and a great base to explore the different things on offer in Polkolbin. The pool is a short walk to the main house rather than being private use / directly at the villa. Hosts were very helpful and communication was excellent too.

Location is peaceful!
North Lodge Estate Clan Cottage was the perfectly place to stay, for our adult family of 6, with 2 large bathrooms and plenty of space. Whilst we did not need to use the kitchen, it is fully equipped and has everything you need. The location is peaceful and the outlook, across the hills and vineyards is beautiful.

Everything you need!
The location was peaceful and the outlook was lovely, with plenty of wildlife around the cottage. Having two bathrooms was good for 3 couples sharing. The kitchen has everything you need if you are staying in, and there is a bbq available, too.

We loved the location, the layout of the house and the surroundings. Hunter Valley Stays were really fast at responding even though I booked VERY last minute! The house is easy to find and really in the most beautiful situation.

Comfortable stay!
Great accommodation with all the necessities for a comfortable stay for a family or up to 3 couples. 2 bathrooms is a nice bonus. Views are stunning. Quiet location. Bonus, Rover Coaches pickup spot right next door.
