North Lodge Estate Cottages - Pokolbin

North Lodge Estate Cottages are in the heart of the Hunter Valley set on 25 acres in beautiful grounds ready for you to explore. You can enjoy expansive views over the valley and its vineyards and are located just minutes from the best wineries and restaurants that the Valley has to offer.

There are two cottages, The Highland Cottage can accommodate up to five guests in two queen size bedrooms both with en-suites, plus a fold-away bed in the lounge room. The larger Clan Cottage which can accommodate up to seven guests, and has 2 x queen size bedrooms, a king/twin single bedroom plus the option of a fold-away bed in the lounge room.

Both cottages have fabulous wrap around verandahs, a kitchen with hob and oven, large living and entertaining areas, fire places and reverse cycle air-conditioners.

Breathe in the ambiance - take in the beauty surrounding the cottages. Peace and solitude - just what you need to unwind. Experience unbelievable sunrises and colourful sunsets from the verandahs.

Maximum 7 guests or 5 guests in separate beds

Lounge Room - 1 x Fold-away bed (available on request only)

TARIFF
Weekend - 2 night minimum, up to 10 guests from $1200 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - 2 night minimum, up to 10 guests from $900 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Additional adults $100 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
