Tharah features a large brand new open-plan country-style kitchen with stone bench-tops, stainless steel appliances as well as an impressive country-style oven and cook-top, large enough to cater perfectly for those special family occasions and celebrations! The kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area with slow-combustion wood burning fire and breath-taking views over the in-ground pool to the surrounding vineyards and mountains beyond.

With 9 foot ceilings throughout, reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, 2 over-size lounge areas featuring a double wood-burning fireplace, Tharah is the perfect choice to relax and unwind with your favourite glass of hunter vino! The large pet friendly yard means your best four-legged friend doesn't have to miss out on all that Tharah has to offer! (Please note the fencing is farm fencing and is not fully enclosed). 

Tharah is remarkably private but is located just a short drive to concert venues and within walking distance to the Valley's finest restaurants and wineries. You have Peterson's Winery to the right, Briar Ridge directly across the road, and Bistro Molines and Tallavera Grove just 700m away.

Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 18 guests from $2700 per night
(Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 18 guests from $2025 per night
(Mon-Thu)
Additional adults $100 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge. 
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

Please note if Sunday checkin then a flat $595 weekend cleaning surcharge applies. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
