Created with special events, wedding accommodation and milestone occasions in mind, The Gate House is the perfect group accommodation for family and friends to stay in style and luxury. The residence features a reception room with large dressing mirrors, chandeliers and orchids which is ideal for bridal parties to enjoy a glass of Leogate sparkling and prepare for their special day. The large master suite features a luxurious bathroom with shower and a walk in wardrobe with a further two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom enjoying 2 additional bathrooms, one with a deep bathtub, shower and separate powder room.
As food and wine will be central to your stay experience at The Gate House, guests are welcomed to indulge their taste buds with a unique onsite tasting and dining experiences by arrangement with Cellar Door, as Leogates trophy-winning wines are not just for judging, they are first and foremost for drinking! Guests are welcome to wander from The Gate House and experience their choice of either an intimate fireside tastings in winter, to a relaxing alfresco tastings overlooking the mountain ranges in summer. With The Gates Restaurant offering delicious dining options from casual cheese platters and oysters with a glass of wine to more formal dining, only moments from your stay. You'll be hard pressed to choose whether to have lunch or dinner, so it's simple, we recommend you do both.

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 8 guests (adults or children) $1000 per night
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 8 guests (adults or children) $750 per night
Infants under 2 are free.
A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.
NOTES - One-night stays are available midweek. Weekend one-night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3-night stay at full weekend rate.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4-night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge
