With three King sized bedrooms each with private en-suites, you will have the privacy and provisions of a first class hotel. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious lounge and dining area.

The double front doors lead onto a front verandah and private outdoor dining area. In total seclusion you can drink in the views of the private vineyards that surround this gorgeous retreat or simply lay out a picnic blanket on the lawn and have a picnic in privacy. There is plenty of space to have a game of cricket or let the kids run around in complete safety.

Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.

TARIFFS
WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)

Weekend - $480 per night minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests
Midweek - $360 per night minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests
Additional adults $90 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit/bond of $800 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

MIDWEEK BOOKINGS & LONGER STAYS

Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.

NOTES - One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge

5* A great spot for a comfortable stay

Spacious house perfect for 3 couples or a group of friends. Each bedroom is spacious with own bathroom and mini deck. One bathroom is accessible with a walk in shower. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basics like salt & pepper, oil, alfoil, glad wrap and dishwashing supplies. Master bed was firm but comfortable. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos from the front deck in the evenings. Location is quiet and handy, just a short drive to local winery restaurants and other attractions (the Hunter Valley is very spread out). The main town of Cessnock is only about a 15 min drive away for supermarket supplies etc.

Just fantastic!

The house was fantastic, all bedrooms with private bathrooms and a great living room for a group of people to relax in. Views were awesome overlooking vineyard and paddocks. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was amazing. The property was so beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The property was great and we had a great experience, as for the staff they were very accommodating to what we needed. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for an quiet and peaceful place.

Great location, clean, spacious and great for couples or groups

A lovely property - spacious, clean, a well stocked kitchen for eating in and privacy with a lovely view. This house is perfect for 3 couples or family groups with each room having its own private ensuite. The location is central to many wineries with dining options close by. The managers of the property were very helpful and tended to any small need we had. Would definitely stay here again.
