Located on Deasys Road and set on 100 private acres, guests will enjoy the sparkling swimming pool. The property is conveniently located just 2 minute drive to The Vintage Golf Course and Amanda’s on the Edge or 5 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Brokenwood, Tamburlaine, First Creek, Bimbadgen Estate, Hope Estate, Roche Estate, Degen Wines, Blueberry Hill, Calais Estate and many more. Villa Vigneto is also ideal for wedding accommodation and is designed with large group accommodation in mind.
Villa Vigneto is roomy and rustic in style and has an open plan interior, a great kitchen to make catering a breeze, sun-filled billiards room with 10 foot table and French doors that open out to the pool terrace on one side and the BBQ area on the other. Relax poolside in the summer months and take in the views across the vineyard to the Brokenback Range beyond with a glass of single vineyard wine. With air conditioning and fans throughout, the property is very comfortable in all seasons and guests especially love in winter, snuggling up in the sitting room and enjoying the wood burning fireplace. The property also has a fully equipped laundry for your convenience.
For those wishing to explore, hire a bike and discover all the wineries and cellar doors on Deasys Road and along the Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Villa Vigneto's super location also means that when you’re next enjoying a concert at one of our wonderful Hunter venues, concert collection and drop of by Rover Coaches is available from the property.

Incredible stay in a beautiful part of NSW!
I hired this massive property as part of my wife’s 30th Birthday celebrations and we could not have been happier. 15 of us stayed comfortably and had all the space in the world. The facilities were great and we had a lot of fun playing pool and sitting by the wood fire. The BBQ facilities were also put to good use. I highly recommend Gabriel’s Paddocks for your Hunter getaway, it was excellent. PS make sure to visit Hart and Hunter winery next to the property, they have some great wines!

Most amazing stay at Gabriel’s Paddock, the house was stunning and provided everything. From the pool room, to the outside pool, the stunning views and kangaroos, I could not have asked for anything more. And the house is HUGE!! We will be back 100%

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen amenities included everything we needed and more. Check-in and check-out was easy. Hunter Valley Stays was very professional and communicated well with us when needed.

This property was an awesome property to host a weekend away for our family and friends. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and all bedrooms roomy and comfortable. Nice and peaceful but still close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great Hunter Valley Getaway
Golf, vineyards and breweries all at our doorstep. We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel’s Padock. Such a great location in the heart of the Hunter valley.

Amazing Property
House was amazing, so spacious & large enough to accommodate us 14 women for my 60th. Had everything you would need. Only disappointment was the barbecue hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Property was Surrounded by beautiful scenery including kangaroos & rabbits around the property. Walking distance to a lovely onsite cellar which we visited. So close to so many other wine cellars.Had a swim, played pool & tennis, what else can u want? We absolutely loved it! We will be back.

Everything we needed for a great stay
Great big tidy house that accommodated all our guests perfectly. Lovely big pool, and tennis court and the indoor fire was great in the evenings. Close to attractions such as Harrigans, Roche Estate which made it a convenient spot for the weekend getting around. Had everything we needed for a great stay

A beautiful escape in the Hunter Valley.
A beautiful estate filled with a good balance of on site activities including a swim in the pool, q game of billiards or a match of tennis. Not only was the house accommodating and spacious, it is in great location near local breweries, wineries and Cafe to enjoy what the whole area has to offer. If you are looking to enjoy and experience the area with a large and beautiful estate to stay, do not look past this property.

Excellent place for a larger group
The property was even better than the photos, the house is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and check in was seamless, would love to stay again 🙂
Tranquility amongst the vines
The picturesque view from the verandah made me feel like I was in a vineyard in Italy. Private and quiet location with plenty of room for our 4 families to relax and have fun together. The pool was superb and the bbq area a great feature. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and pool/family room.
