The Estate consists of 'The Residence', with 5 bedrooms, a refreshing swimming pool, plus a full size tennis court. Just a few minutes walk away is 'The Homestead', a large 4 bedroomed property. The Estate also has a cellar door and you can stroll to the fantastic Amandas on the Edge restaurant. Both of these properties are nestled in their own quiet secluded spot overlooking Rothbury Creek.
The property will sleep up to 29 guests between the Residence & Homestead and if you require accommodation for a larger number then there are also 2 two-bedroomed cottages available.
Windsors Edge Residence is a large 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated at the front of the Estate, with a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area to enjoy with company. It has a large kitchen and a huge dining room with space to seat 20, plus a lovely music room with open fire.
Windsors Edge Homestead is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom homestead located approximately 300 metres from the Residence, next to the best Shiraz vines, with lovely views and with total privacy assured. The Homestead has a huge en-suite with spa within the master bedroom and spacious kitchen, dining and living areas.
Without leaving the Estate you can relax on your private verandah with a glass of wine and enjoy the views, have a refreshing swim and a game of tennis on the synthetic grass court. Finish your day with a tasting of some award winning wines at the cellar door, or perhaps dinner at Amanda's on the Edge...all in walking distance from your accommodation.

A security deposit/bond of $1500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
